Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter

2. Subscription Giveaways

Subscription Promotions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.

  1. Promotion Period: Each prize draw will run for a specified Monthly period. Please see the relevant prize draw on Adrenalist Social Media for details of the start and end times and dates. The Promotion Period is the same across all entry routes.

  2. To enter the subscription giveaway:

    (a) go to the Website and view the "Subscribe and Enter Here"

    (b) select your answer to the giveaway question; then

    (c) complete the checkout process and submit the subscription; then

    (d) complete the payment to receive your confirmation of payment and subscription from our payment partner Stripe.

    - All entries must be submitted in the English language. Entries in languages other than English will automatically be disqualified and no refund will be given.

    - The Promoter will not accept responsibility for subscription entries that are not successfully completed, are lost or are delayed regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

    - By purchasing entries and submitting a subcription entry, you are entering into a contract with the Promoter and are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  3. You may enter the competition for free by complying with the following conditions:

    (a) send your entry on an unenclosed postcard by first or second class post to the Promoter at the following address: Adrenalist LTD, MAILBOX TC05, 1 Rocky Lane, Birmingham, B6 5RQ

    (b) include with your entry the following information:

    (i) your full name;

    (ii) your address;

    (iii) a contact telephone number and email address; and

    (iv) your chosen Draw Date entry, the giveaways in that month, and your answer to the Giveaway Question.

    (c) incomplete/illegible entries will be disqualified.

    (d) you may make multiple free entries for any monthly giveaway (up to any limit placed on entries by the Promoter) but each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted as multiple entries and if a bulk entry is received, it will be disqualified and not entered.

    (e) by entering the monthly giveaway, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions;

    (f) your entry must be received by the Promoter 24 hours prior to the Draw Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the random draw;

    (g) the Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of your entry nor confirm if your answer to the Competition Question is correct;

    (h) if the number of paid entries reaches any cap or limit before your free entry is received, you will not be entered into the random draw.

    (i) Entrants must have emailed info@adrenalist.co.uk for the free entry to be processed when the postcard arrives. Postal entries received without emailing us will not be valid for the giveaway.

 

4. Choosing a winner

4.1. All Entrants who correctly answer the Giveaway Question will be placed into a draw and the winner will be chosen by random draw. The random draw will take place as soon as reasonably possible to the 1st of the month and, in any event, within 14 days of the 1st. This will be announced on Social Media.

4.2. All Entrants will have their names and allocated numbers put into a spreadsheet (Your number will not always be the same, we randomly generate every month to keep odds fresh). This spreadsheet will be visible during the live draw. If you wish to have your name censored from the spreadsheet for the live draw please contact info@adrenalist.co.uk with reasonable time left before the prize draw takes place.

5. The Prize: 

5.1 One winner will win the specified prize for that day’s given prize draw, will be announced what you have won and the individual will be contacted via email or phone within 48 hours after the draw.

5.2 Adrenalist LTD giveaway does not offer a location specific prize. The winner will be contacted to arrange a location for the experience that best suits them.

5.3 Adrenalist LTD does not accept any responsibility and is not liable to pay any compensation if you are unable to or do not take up the prize/experience.

5.4 Adrenalist LTD is not the experience provider just the Promotor. The experience will be booked and funded by Adrenalist and order confirmation will be received from the experience provider. Cancellations and rebooking will be at the experience centres discretion and Adrenalist will not be liable. If there's any issues with your experience please contact the experience centre directly. 5.5 All images/videos and other content used on the website www.adrenalist.co.uk and across our social channels are for illustration purposes only.

 

7. The Winner/Acceptance:

7.1 The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

7.2. The Winner’s full name will be announced during the live draw. If you wish for your name to be censored from the entry list, or during the live draw please contact info@adrenalist.co.uk with reasonable time left before the list is published, and the live draw takes place. 

7.3. The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Draw Date using the telephone number or email address provided with the giveaway entry. If the winner cannot be contacted, is not available, or has not claimed the Prize, within 14 days of the Draw Date the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to another Entrant (“The Alternate Winner“) selected at random in the same method as before from the remaining correct entries received before the Closing Date. The Alternate Winner shall have 14 days from notification of their status by the Promoters to communicate their acceptance of the Prize. This process shall continue until a winner accepts the Prize.

7.4. Adrenalist will require the winner to provide a legal form of ID(Passport or driving license) In order for us to comply with legislation. This will not be used for any other purpose, other than to store and be able to provide to authorities if/when required. This is to confirm all winners are 18+. If it transpires the winner is underage, the prize will be offered to a different subscriber and no refund is possible.

7.5. The Promoter may publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter may publish the full name and county/town of residence of major prize winners on the Website and across social media.

7.6. If you object to any or all of your full name, county/town of residence and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at info@adrenalist.co.uk prior to the Draw Date. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 

 

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  1. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by emailing info@adrenalist.co.uk
  2. Payments are non-refundable after billing, after subscription no refund is possible
  3. Subscription will commence on the date of initial purchase, and be valid for the upcoming giveaway, subscriptions may be cancelled by the Promoter due to breach of terms without a notice period.

 

9. Limitation of liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

 

 10. Data protection and publicity

10.1. By entering the giveaway, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the giveaway entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the giveaway or as otherwise set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available on the Website.

10.2. If you are the winner of the giveaway, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this giveaway. You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter.

10.3. If you do not wish to participate in any publicity, you must notify the Promoter prior to the Draw Date. This will not affect your chances of winning the Prize. If you do not agree to participate in any publicity about the competition we may still provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority. This is a legal requirement that we must comply with to prove that the competition has been properly administered and the Prize awarded.

10.4. Please note that under data protection laws you are entitled to request that the Promoter does not contact you and removes your details from its database. If you make such a request you will be withdrawing from the giveaway as it will not be possible to contact you in the event that you are the winner. You will not be entitled to any refund of any subscription fee if you withdraw from the giveaway. If you do not wish any of your personal details to be used by the Promoter for promotional purposes, please email the Promoter at info@adrenalist.co.uk prior to the Draw Date.

 

11. General Information

11.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest version of these terms and conditions will be available on the Website.

11.2. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the giveaway and any future giveaways.

11.3. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize giveaweay where it becomes necessary to do so.

11.4. The giveaways on the Social media are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, Apple or Google. By entering the giveaway, Entrants agree that neither Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Youtube Apple nor Google have any liability and are not responsible for the administration or promotion of the giveaways.

11.5. You should print a copy of these terms and conditions and keep them for your records.

 

12. Anti Money Laundering Policy

12.1. On top of complying with all conditions as laid out by “The Gambling Act 2005” in relation to prize giveaways, Adrenalist has put in place measures to prevent its systems from being used for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal activity.

12.2 Adrenalist is committed to preventing money laundering and combat the financing of terrorism in order to minimise and manage its reputational risk, legal risk and regulatory risk. It is also committed to its wider social responsibility in preventing crime by not allowing its systems to be used to commit crimes.

12.3 In order to adhere to Anti Money Laundering regulations and requirements, Adrenalist shall:

Appoint a designated Money Laundering Reporting Officers (MLRO) whose responsibility it is to report possible acts of money laundering to the authorities. This role belongs to Jake Bouchier.

12.4 Take reasonable steps to establish the identity of any person for whom it is proposed to provide its service.

12.5 Keep at all times a secure online list of all registered subscribers.

12.6 Provide initial and ongoing training to all relevant staff so that they are aware of their personal responsibilities and the procedures in respect of identifying Players, monitoring Player activity, record-keeping and reporting any unusual/suspicious transactions.

12.7 Ensure that this policy is reviewed and maintained regularly.

12.8 Not accept a subscriber who is under eighteen (18) years of age.

12.9 Not accept cash from Subscribers. Funds may be received from Players only by any of the approved methods.

12.10 Terminate a subscription if it becomes aware that a person has provided false information when joining.

12.11 Report any suspicion or knowledge of money laundering of terrorism financing to the authorities.

12.12 Cooperate with all relevant administrative, enforcement and judicial authorities in their endeavour to prevent and detect criminal activity.

 

13. Filming and Social Media

Adrenalist may attend experiences from time to time, videos and photos may be taken. We will request your permission to use these across our website and social channels. If we use any content that you would like us to remove please contact asap on info@adrenalist.co.uk and we will get this done asap for you.
